Managed Servers

Ultraspeed have had over 6 years experience running mission critical servers and hosting environments. As a result of this, we have developed our managed server range to bring maximum availability and our renowned service quality at a cost effective price.

All our managed server customers gain access to their own Personal Technican (PT). Once your server is brought online by our dedicated NOC team in a standard configuration, your PT is responsible for the co-ordination and integration of customers servers from here onwards, as well as any bespoke configuration required for particular customers.

Your PT will also assist you in any migrations required from existing providers and act as your first port of call for any issues you may have in this regard.

As part of Ultraspeed's commitment to on-going quality and client satisfaction, all customers have regular service reviews attended by your PT and account manager. This enables us to review the service quality since the last review, discuss any faults or concerns you may have, and how we can improve the quality of our service in the future. This policy of constant re-evaluation and improvement sets us aside from our competitors.
